General (product order/online-shop)

All products of the online-shop can be ordered directly via the internet. You can contact us also by phone from Monday to Friday from 8.30 – 12.00 am and from 2.30 – 6.00 pm .

Pricing

All prices shown in the online-shop are in Euro € and do include the Italian sale tax of 20% (VAT). Orders of commercial customers going into EC countries will be reduced by the VAT, if the customers have a valid VAT Number. All others order from EC countries will have to pay Italian VAT. Our prices are quoted ex works Meran ( Italy ) and do not included packing, postage, insurance. Postage is calculated regarding to value, weight, volume and properties of the article. If we indicate postage, this is valid only if ordered and delivered together. The shipment is being made at the buyer's risk and expense. If you wish to have the goods shipped insured, please confirm during the ordering process and the charges will be added to the total invoice amount. The costs for the insurance will be shown.

Condition of payment

1. our shipments within Italy can be paid by credit card, paypal, prepayment or by cash on delivery (COD).
   


2. when shipping outside of Italy , payment can only be done by credit card, paypal or payment in advance (prepayment).


3. personalized articles (ex. with embroidery) can be delivered only with prepayment (by credit card, paypal, banc transfer).

Prepayment:
If you have chosen „prepayment“, after manual handling of your order, you will receive a confirmation-email with all indication of your order and detailed payment specification. The confirmation-email will be send in addition to the automatic receipt-email, which is send to you immediately after getting your order.

Complaint

Complaints for incomplete or defective delivery have to be made immediately, seven days after reception of the products at the latest. Damaged boxes / shipments must be claimed by the buyer right at reception from the freight carrier. Claims for damaged boxes must be made right to the freight carrier.

Place of execution, place of jurisdiction

1. Place of execution is Merano ( Italy ).
2. For all current and future claims from the business relationship fully qualified traders is Bolzano , Italy .
3. This sale terms and all other contracts, agreements and arrangements between mussner.it and the customer are subordinated to the Italian law.

Privacy

Without your prior approval no personal data will be stored except data necessary to process the order and to administer the business relationship. The transfer of your personal information to the freight carrier will be limited to what is necessary to ship the order. No personal information will be released to others . Here for are applied the privacy rules of the Italian law (decreto n. 196/03).
